Try both and decide for yourself. Either way, serving these with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/?p=590\" target=\"_blank\">Tomatoes Salad<\/a> is a sure winner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>2 ounces light feta cheese \u2013 crumbled<\/address>\n<address>1 tablespoon fresh mint \u2013 finely chopped<\/address>\n<address>1 tablespoon Italian parsley \u2013 finely chopped<\/address>\n<address>1 tablespoon fresh oregano \u2013 finely chopped<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc teaspoon fresh ground black pepper<\/address>\n<address>2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice<\/address>\n<address>2 cloves fresh garlic \u2013 finely chopped or crushed<\/address>\n<address>1 pound extra lean ground beef<\/address>\n<address>\u00a0<\/address>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a medium bowl, mix the feta, mint, parsley, oregano, and pepper. Set aside one tablespoon of this mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat a large frying pan on medium heat.<\/p>\n<p>Add the lemon juice, garlic and ground beef to the bowl and mix by hand until just combined with the feta blend.
