If you liked the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/?p=276\" target=\"_blank\">Butterless Chicken<\/a> and are even slightly fond of lamb, you will absolutely love this massively flavourful concoction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes plus overnight marinating<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>1 cup plain yogurt<\/address>\n<address>2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon garam masala<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon kosher salt<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon ground cumin<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon ground coriander<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon chili powder<\/address>\n<address>2 cloves garlic \u2013 finely chopped or crushed<\/address>\n<address>1 pound lamb \u2013 sliced<\/address>\n<address>1 tablespoon extra-virgin coconut oil<\/address>\n<address>1 tablespoon tomato paste<\/address>\n<address>2 green bell peppers \u2013 sliced<\/address>\n<address>1 small red chili pepper \u2013 finely sliced<\/address>\n<address>2 tablespoons fresh cilantro \u2013 finely chopped<\/address>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, kosher salt, cumin, coriander, chili powder and garlic, then add the lamb, stirring to coat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Discard the excess marinade by pouring the lamb mixture into a colander.<\/p>\n<p>Place a deep pan on high heat and add the coconut oil. Once the oil is hot, carefully stir in the tomato paste.
