Serve these tasty scrambled eggs anytime of day, though be sure to include mimosas if it&#8217;s during brunch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>4 eggs<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon ground cumin<\/address>\n<address>\u215b teaspoon ground turmeric<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc teaspoon kosher salt<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil<\/address>\n<address>1 small red onion \u2013 chopped to \u00bc\u201d<\/address>\n<address>2 cloves garlic \u2013 finely chopped or crushed<\/address>\n<address>1 small red chili pepper \u2013 seeded and finely chopped<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon fresh ginger \u2013 finely grated<\/address>\n<address>1 tomato \u2013 seeded and chopped to \u00bc\u201d<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc teaspoon stevia<\/address>\n<address>2 tablespoons fresh cilantro &#8211; chopped<\/address>\n<address>\u00a0<\/address>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cumin, turmeric and half of the salt then set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Heat a frying pan over high heat and add the olive oil.
