Absolutely! This one tastes even better if you refrigerate the beef mixture overnight to blend the flavours before adding it to the broth.<\/p>\n<p>If you prefer chicken or pork, replace the beef. Just make sure the chicken is cooked through.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>8 ounces beef tenderloin \u2013 thinly sliced<\/address>\n<address>4 large shallots \u2013 halved lengthwise and thinly sliced<\/address>\n<address>4 cloves garlic \u2013 finely chopped or crushed<\/address>\n<address>1 red chili pepper \u2013 seeded and finely chopped<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc teaspoon fresh ground black pepper<\/address>\n<address>3 tablespoons fish sauce<\/address>\n<address>3 pints chicken stock<\/address>\n<address>1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon sugar equivalent of stevia<\/address>\n<address>10 ounces fresh baby spinach &#8211; washed<\/address>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine the beef, shallots, garlic, chili, black pepper and fish sauce in a bowl then set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the chicken stock, lemon juice and stevia in a large pot and place over high heat, bringing to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>Add the beef mixture to the pot and return to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>Turn off the burner and mix in the spinach.
