You can have this entree prepped and plated before the wine even has time to breathe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>\u00bd cup boiling water<\/address>\n<address>4 sun-dried tomato pieces (approx. 1 whole tomato)<\/address>\n<address>1 clove garlic<\/address>\n<address>1 shallot<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon dried oregano<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon dried basil<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc teaspoon freshly ground black pepper<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc cup crumbled feta cheese<\/address>\n<address>4 turkey breast filets \u2013 4 ounces each<\/address>\n<address>\u00a0<\/address>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven broiler.<\/p>\n<p>Place the tomato pieces in the boiling water and let stand for two minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the tomato from the water and finely chop along with the garlic and shallot.<\/p>\n<p>Move the chopped vegetables to a small bowl and mix with the oregano, basil and pepper and feta.<\/p>\n<p>Put the turkey on a baking sheet and cook under broiler for five minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Turn over turkey filets, top with the feta mixture and return to broiler for five minutes or until cooked through.
