Adjust the cooking time depending on the thickness of the filets and be sure to have a well-ventilated kitchen because things will get smoky!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 15 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>2 teaspoons paprika<\/address>\n<address>\u00bc teaspoon cayenne pepper<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon ground white pepper<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon ground black pepper<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon kosher salt<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon onion powder<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon garlic powder<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon dried thyme<\/address>\n<address>\u00bd teaspoon dried oregano<\/address>\n<address>2 salmon filets \u2013 skinless &#8211; 6 ounces each<\/address>\n<address>1 tablespoon salted butter<\/address>\n<address>\u00a0<\/address>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine all of the dry ingredients and evenly coat both sides of the fish filets, pressing the spice to help it stick.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat a cast iron frying pan on maximum heat.
