Have a craving for steak and have some thick ones in the freezer? No need to thaw them. Get the frozen steaks straight on the grill and serve them with edge-to-edge temperature perfection. Thanks to my friend, Paz, for introducing me to this technique that I&#8217;ve adapted from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thermoworks.com\/\">Thermoworks website. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time: 70 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serves: 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300g thick-cut steak \u2013 frozen<br>10g kosher salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><br>Preheat your grill on high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook the frozen steak for five minutes per side over direct high heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turn off one side of the grill and move the steak to the indirect (unheated) side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle the salt on all sides of the steak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook covered on indirect heat at 105C (225F) to an internal temperature of 53C (127F) \u2013 approximately one hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove from heat and serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Freezer-Steak.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Freezer-Steak.pdf\">Get the PDF nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This technique is SO convenient!
