If you haven&#8217;t got time to salt them overnight, salt them before sprinkling on the rub. When you put the ribs in the pressure cooker, wrap them around the sides. You don&#8217;t need to cut them and lay them flat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time: 60 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 racks pork back ribs &#8211; membrane removed<br>10g kosher salt<br>20g brown sugar<br>3g smoked paprika<br>2g garlic powder<br>1g fresh ground black pepper<br>1g onion powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Sprinkle salt evenly on both sides of the ribs. Refrigerate uncovered overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Dampen the ribs with a light mist or brushing of water. Sprinkle the mixture in both sides of the ribs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place 250ml of water in your pressure cooker. Add the ribs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook on high pressure for thirty minutes, beginning timer when pressure is reached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carefully vent the cooker and remove the ribs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place ribs on a sheet pan and brush the meaty side with barbecue sauce (optional).
