These are best served warm, but still delicious cold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time: 20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500ml container large unstuffed olives<br>20g extra-virgin olive oil<br>2 cloves garlic &#8211; finely chopped<br>1g crushed red pepper flakes (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Drain olives and pat dry with paper towel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat a saut\u00e9 pan on medium heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the olive oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the oil is hot, add the olives, stirring occasionally until blistered (approximately five minutes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the garlic, stirring occasionally for one minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stir in the pepper flakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove from heat and serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Blistered-Olives.pdf\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Garlic, tang, spice&#8230; A friend from my days training at the Wellness Institute shared this idea with me and I&#8217;m sure glad he did.
