I guess you could use riced cauliflower, but why ruin something great?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time: 20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20g cold-pressed avocado oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>450g ground chicken breast<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300g frozen diced carrots and peas (thawed)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>400g previously cooked and chilled rice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>30g soy sauce (or coconut aminos)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10g toasted sesame oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8 green onions \u2013 sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat a wok or large, deep frying pan on high heat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the oil. When the oil is hot, add the chicken, stirring and breaking\napart constantly until just cooked through (approximately two minutes). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the carrots and peas, stir-frying for three minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the rice, stir-frying for two minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, stir-frying for two minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove from heat.
