I&#8217;m happy it&#8217;s not really autumn yet, but absolutely thrilled I made this dish! Give it a try and you&#8217;ll understand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time: 35 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20g cold-pressed avocado oil<br>2g salt<br>2g garam masala<br>1 acorn squash<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><br><br>Preheat your oven to 190C. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a small bowl, whisk\ntogether the oil, salt and garam masala. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scrub the outside of the\nsquash. Cut it in half from stem to base. Scoop out and discard the seeds. Cut\ninto one-centimetre slices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drizzle the squash with the\noil mixture and toss to coat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the slices on a\nparchment-covered baking sheet and bake for twenty-five minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove from heat and serve immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Garam-Masala-Squash.pdf\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was a little cool outside and it made me think squash season was upon us.
