The coconut flour adds a slight sweetness that keeps the dish light and packed with flavour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50g coconut flour<br>20g grated Parmesan cheese<br>2g salt<br>1g dried oregano<br>0.5g fresh ground black pepper <br>2 eggs<br>500g sole filets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><br><br>Preheat your oven to 205C. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a tray, combine flour, Parmesan, salt, oregano and black pepper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whisk the eggs and place in another tray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Run each fish filet through the egg and shake off any excess, then place\nthem in the flour mixture to coat evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for fifteen\nminutes or until the coating browns slightly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove from oven and serve immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Coconut-Parm-Sole.pdf\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fish and cheese don&#8217;t sound like a good combination to me, yet this one is great!
