Is there a better way than this to prepare broccoli? I doubt it.  It works beautifully with large cauliflower crowns as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time: 20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500g broccoli crowns with stalks<br>40g cold-pressed avocado oil (or olive oil)<br>3g salt <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Preheat a gas or charcoal grill on high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the broccoli in a bowl and drizzle with the oil.
