Happy grilling!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time: 25 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50g fresh lime juice<br>50g miso paste<br>20g cold-pressed avocado oil<br>5g freshly grated ginger<br>1 clove garlic &#8211; finely chopped or grated&nbsp;<br>340g large shrimp &#8211; peeled and deveined&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Preheat a gas or charcoal grill on high heat.\u00a0<br><br>Whisk together all ingredients except shrimp.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toss shrimp with miso mixture.\u00a0<br><br>Baste shrimp with remaining miso mixture and grill for two minutes per side (skewers make this easier) or until just cooked through.\u00a0<br><br>Remove from heat and serve immediately.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Miso-Lime-Shrimp.pdf\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Miso, lime, ginger and garlic are a pretty standard combination and it works incredibly well with shrimp.
