Here&#8217;s the cure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500g large broccoli florets<br>\n40ml avocado oil (or other cold-pressed\nneutral-flavoured oil)<br>\n3g salt<br>\nZest of one lemon<br>\n40g Parmesan cheese &#8211; freshly grated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat oven to 220C.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place broccoli on a baking sheet (covered with parchment if preferred). Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt.
