That makes this soup both nutritious and delicious. I suggest serving it with a large steak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time: 40 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>400g green lentils<br>\n2l vegetable stock<br>\n400g shredded cabbage or cole slaw mix<br>\n100g miso paste<br>\n10g fresh ginger &#8211; finely chopped or grated <br>\n20ml rice vinegar or fresh lemon juice<br>\n1 sheet nori &#8211; chiffonade<br>\nTogarashi &#8211; optional<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\nPlace lentils and stock in a pot on high heat. Once a\nboil is reached, reduce to simmer for fifteen minutes. <br>\n<br>\nStir in the cabbage, miso and ginger, the. bring\nto a boil again.
