Don&#8217;t like cilantro? Use parsley. Don&#8217;t have chorizo? Use Italian sausage and parsley with cannellini beans. Now, get cooking!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>300g fresh chorizo<br \/>\n950ml chicken stock<br \/>\n540ml can chickpeas &#8211; rinsed and drained<br \/>\n5g salt<br \/>\n10g cilantro &#8211; finely chopped<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a pot on medium heat and add the chorizo. Cook, breaking apart until browned.<\/p>\n<p>Add the remaining ingredients except the cilantro. Turn heat to high and bring to a boil.
