Thank you to <a href=\"https:\/\/bluestonecottage.ca\">Chef Kelly Cattani<\/a> for sharing her recipe.<\/p>\n<p>I pan fried them, serving them up with reduced chicken stock, carrots and chicken thigh like a sort of deconstructed chicken soup. You could also warm them in pasta sauce. Have fun!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 45 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>450g ricotta<br \/>\n230g brown rice flour<br \/>\n6g salt<br \/>\nExtra-virgin olive oil for storing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the ricotta, flour and salt in a bowl until a clay-like consistently is reached.<\/p>\n<p>Divide the dough into eight or more equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 1cm round log. Cut the log into 1cm pieces.
