It&#8217;s meant to cleanse the palate when paired with rich, fattier foods like BBQ brisket. If it&#8217;s too tart for you, add a bit of honey to the initial mix.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 15 minutes (plus resting time)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>60g apple cider vinegar<br \/>\n25g cold pressed avocado or extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n3g garlic powder<br \/>\n3g kosher salt<br \/>\n2g caraway seeds<br \/>\n0.5g fresh ground black pepper<br \/>\n400g shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a bowl large enough to hold the cabbage, whisk together all ingredients except cabbage.<\/p>\n<p>Add cabbage and toss evenly to coat.
