Now, get some bone-in (for collagen) skin-on (for more collagen and flavour) chicken thighs or legs and make this recipe. You&#8217;re welcome.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes (plus marinating time)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>50ml fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n40ml avocado or other cold-pressed neutral-flavoured oil<br \/>\n4g kosher salt<br \/>\n1g garlic powder<br \/>\n0.5g fresh ground black pepper<br \/>\n0.5g ground rosemary<br \/>\n0.5g dried basil<br \/>\n0.5g dried oregano<br \/>\n0.5g dried parsley<br \/>\n0.5g chilli flakes<br \/>\n800g bone-in skin-on chicken thighs<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Place the chicken in a zipper seal freezer bag and add the marinade mixture. Remove as much air as possible and seal. Refrigerate for four hours or up to overnight.<\/p>\n<p>When ready to cook, preheat your outdoor grill on high.<\/p>\n<p>Turn off one side of the grill and place the chicken skin-side-up on the cool side.
