This one is a perfect example. I made it for breakfast, but don&#8217;t believe foods have specific times of day. Have it for lunch, dinner&#8230; Just make it or something like it with the ingredients you find at the market and in your pantry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>40g raw cashews<br \/>\n400g lean ground pork<br \/>\n1 bunch kale leaves &#8211; roughly torn<br \/>\n4g salt<br \/>\n1g fresh ground black pepper<br \/>\n1g crushed red chilli<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a frying pan on medium-high heat.<\/p>\n<p>Add the cashews, stirring occasionally until lightly browned.<\/p>\n<p>Add the pork, stirring and breaking apart until browned.<\/p>\n<p>Add the kale, salt and pepper, tossing occasionally for five minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add the chilli flakes.
