Experiment with your own favourite flavours to make this recipe yours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 60 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>540ml can chickpeas &#8211; rinsed and drained<br \/>\n20g extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\n4g kosher or sea salt<br \/>\n1.5g garam masala<br \/>\n1.5g garlic powder<br \/>\n1.5g chilli powder<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat your oven to 180C.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the chickpeas on a paper towel lined baking sheet. Place more paper towel on top of the chickpeas and roll them under your hands to remove any loose outer skins.<\/p>\n<p>Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss the chickpeas in the mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Pour onto a clean baking sheet and place in the oven for fifty minutes, turning once.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from heat and let cool before serving.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Toasted-Chickpeas.pdf\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As is often the case here, I&#8217;m sharing this as more of a technique than a recipe.
