Most eat salsa on tortilla chips, but there&#8217;s no protein in those. Put it on a chicken breast like I did here!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 15 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 10<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 poblano or jalapeno pepper &#8211; seeded and roughly chopped<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic &#8211; roughly chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 red onion &#8211; roughly chopped<br \/>\n4 green onions &#8211; roughly chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 bunch fresh cilantro leaves and stems &#8211; roughly chopped<br \/>\n15g avocado oil<br \/>\n30g fresh lime juice (1 lime)<br \/>\n6 Roma tomatoes &#8211; seeded and roughly chopped<br \/>\n6g kosher salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to desired texture.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Fresh-Salsa.pdf\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It doesn&#8217;t get much easier than throwing some vegetables in the food processor and pressing the button until your food is ready.
