Well? get moving!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>160g pancetta &#8211; 1cm dice<br \/>\n1 yellow onion &#8211; small dice<br \/>\n400g fresh or previously frozen green peas<br \/>\n1g kosher salt<br \/>\n2g fresh mint &#8211; finely chopped (optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong> Place a frying pan on medium heat and add the pancetta.
