The recipe is for three servings because you need to use a small cauliflower and that generally gets you three slices. Larger cauliflowers will fall apart into florets when you try to slice them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 60 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 horizontal slices cauliflower &#8211; 2cm thick<br \/>\n30ml avocado or other neutral-flavoured cold-pressed oil<br \/>\n1.5g kosher salt<br \/>\n0.5g fresh ground black pepper<br \/>\n9 slices Genoa salami<br \/>\n6 slices provolone cheese<br \/>\n30g pickled banana pepper rings<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat your oven to 230C.<\/p>\n<p>Place the cauliflower slices on a baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p>Baste one side of the cauliflower with half the oil, turn and baste the other side with the balance.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle the slices with the salt and pepper, then bake for twenty minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from oven and top with the salami, cheese, then peppers.<\/p>\n<p>Return to oven until cheese bubbles.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from oven and serve immediately.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Cauliflower-PIzzas.pdf\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OK, so they&#8217;re not really pizzas, but you get the idea.
