Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>40ml avocado or other neutral-flavoured cold-pressed oil<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic &#8211; finely chopped or grated<br \/>\n2g kosher salt<br \/>\n1 pinch fresh ground black pepper<br \/>\n0.5g dried parsley flakes<br \/>\n4 &#8211; 200g mahi-mahi filets<br \/>\n4 thin slices lemon<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 200C.<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together all ingredients except lemon slices and fish.<\/p>\n<p>Place fish in a single layer in a baking dish.
