The garlic, parsley and citrus flavour combo of gremolata may mean you won&#8217;t want to give them away though.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 10 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>140g extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\n5g flat-leaf parsley &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\n4 cloves garlic &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\nZest of one lemon<br \/>\nZest of one large orange<br \/>\n300g mixed olives with pits &#8211; drained weight<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place all ingredients except olives in a 500ml mason jar. Cover and shake.<\/p>\n<p>Add olives to the jar. Cover and shake gently.<\/p>\n<p>Refrigerate for one week.
