That part isn&#8217;t in the recipe, but I&#8217;m sure you can figure it out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 45 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 6 as an appetizer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for the gremolata:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>80ml extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\n10g flat-leaf parsley &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\n3g kosher salt<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic &#8211; finely chopped or grated<br \/>\nZest of one large orange<br \/>\nZest of one lemon<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for the meatballs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>600g ground lamb<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic &#8211; finely chopped or grated<br \/>\n1\/2 onion &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\n5g fresh mint &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\n5g kosher salt<br \/>\n0.5g fresh ground black pepper<br \/>\n10ml avocado oil<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Use hands to combine all ingredients except avocado oil.<\/p>\n<p>Form meat into eighteen balls.<\/p>\n<p>Place a frying pan on medium heat and add the avocado oil.
