Have everything measured and ready before you start cooking, and it&#8217;ll go smoothly. Try to wing it, not so much. You can pulse cauliflower in a food processor to make the &#8220;rice&#8221; or even buy it pre-riced at some supermarkets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>15ml coconut oil<br \/>\n6 eggs &#8211; lightly beaten<br \/>\n1.5g kosher salt<br \/>\n1 pinch fresh ground black pepper<br \/>\n6 thick slices bacon &#8211; cut into matchsticks<br \/>\n1 medium yellow onion &#8211; diced<br \/>\n20g garlic &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\n15g fresh ginger &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\n800g cauliflower rice<br \/>\n50ml oyster sauce<br \/>\n15ml coconut aminos or soy sauce<br \/>\n10ml toasted sesame oil<br \/>\n6 green onions &#8211; sliced<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat a wok on high heat. Add the coconut oil.<\/p>\n<p>Lightly beat the eggs with the salt and pepper. Add to the wok, stirring or constantly until just set. Remove and set aside to keep warm.<\/p>\n<p>Add the bacon to the wok, stirring often until just browned. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Add the onion, garlic and ginger to the wok. Stir-fry for one minute.<\/p>\n<p>Add the cauliflower, stir-frying for ten minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the oyster sauce, aminos and sesame oil.
