It really doesn&#8217;t get much better than this. The paprika on top isn&#8217;t in the recipe, but it looks pretty so you should do the same.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 20 minutes (plus marinating time)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For the steak:<\/strong><br \/>\n200ml dry red wine<br \/>\n20g garlic &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\n5g kosher salt<br \/>\n1g fresh ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>800g flank steak<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the garlic sauce:<\/strong><br \/>\n20ml fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n10g garlic &#8211; chopped<br \/>\n3g kosher salt<br \/>\n50ml avocado oil<br \/>\n50ml olive oil<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For the steak:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine the wine, garlic, salt and pepper. Place the steak and marinade in a zipper seal bag, removing as much air as possible. Refrigerate at least four hours or up to overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat a grill on high and grill the steak for four minutes per side. Remove from heat and let rest for five minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the garlic sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place all ingredients in a container and blend with a stick blender or countertop model.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To serve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Slice the steak thinly across the grain and serve topped with the garlic sauce.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Flank-Garlic-Sauce.pdf\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Flavourful and inexpensive flank steak meets the intensity of garlic sauce.
