Oh yes, you definitely need to make this&#8230; ideally today.<\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t write instructions for cooking the squash itself as there are so many ways, from roasting, boiling, steaming to microwaving. They all work and, with the exception of roasting, they can all be done in the time the rest of the recipe takes to prepare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6 thick slices bacon &#8211; cut into matchsticks<br \/>\n1 large yellow onion &#8211; diced<br \/>\n10g garlic &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\n600g cooked and drained spaghetti squash<br \/>\n2g kosher salt<br \/>\n0.5g freshly ground black pepper<br \/>\n60g freshly grated Parmesan cheese<br \/>\n2g flat-leaf parsley &#8211; finely chopped<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a large front pan on medium heat and add the bacon. Cook, stirring occasionally until lightly browned (approximately 12 minutes).<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the onion and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally for seven minutes.
