Perfect. Make this and thank me later. I served it with fried eggs for dinner. Bacon would work too. Maybe bacon fat in place of the olive oil too. There are so many options!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 15 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>30ml extra virgin olive or coconut oil<br \/>\n1 onion &#8211; diced<br \/>\n3 cloves garlic &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\n160g kale &#8211; roughly torn &#8211; thick stalks discarded<br \/>\n2g kosher salt<br \/>\n5ml fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n1 red Thai chili &#8211; thinly sliced<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a frying pan on medium heat.<\/p>\n<p>Add the olive oil.
