Mind you, theirs had corn which is also a fun play on the name and this one doesn&#8217;t. You can change that if you like. By the way, I can&#8217;t get enough of this light, tangy dressing. Make a big batch and use it on everything!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100g Greek yogurt<br \/>\n50g mayonnaise<br \/>\n15g fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n15g fresh baby dill &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\n2g kosher salt<br \/>\n1 pinch fresh ground black pepper<br \/>\n160g spring mix (field greens)<br \/>\n200g smoked wild salmon &#8211; thinly sliced (lox)<br \/>\n1 ripe avocado &#8211; flesh only &#8211; cubed<br \/>\n40g blue cheese &#8211; crumbled<br \/>\n4 soft boiled eggs &#8211; halved<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a blender, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Toss the greens with the dressing.<\/p>\n<p>Plate the greens topped with the remaining ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Serve immediately.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Smoked-Salmon-Cobb.pdf\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This salad is a blatant ripoff of the amazing one I had earlier in the week at the Manitoba Club.
