I topped it with some chives. You do your thing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 20 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500g cauliflower florets<br \/>\n50g unsalted butter<br \/>\n3g kosher salt<br \/>\n0.5g fresh ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add 2cm of water to a large pot with a steamer basket. Place on high heat and add the cauliflower. Cover the pot and time ten minutes from the time the water reaches a boil.
