It&#8217;s full of fantastic pre-workout nutrients and tastes brilliant. You&#8217;ll probably eat it for dinner, but either way, the chicken, cashews and green onion combo is a classic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 15 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>20g butter<br \/>\n100g raw cashews<br \/>\n400g ground chicken<br \/>\n3g kosher salt<br \/>\n0.5g fresh ground black pepper<br \/>\n4 green onions &#8211; sliced<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a frying pan on medium heat and add the butter.<\/p>\n<p>When the butter is melted, add the cashews, stirring occasionally for two minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add the chicken, breaking apart.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the salt and pepper, continuing to break apart the chicken until lightly browned (approximately eight minutes).<\/p>\n<p>Remove from heat and serve topped with the great onion.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Chicken-Cashews.pdf\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the exception of the green onions, I often eat this (or a beef, elk or pork version) for breakfast.
