Conveniently, my friend and half of my fitness team, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/yourfitnessrn\/\">Mary Ann<\/a>, shared a Cuban Flank Steak recipe on her email list. Here&#8217;s my adapted version.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 3 hours<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>30ml grapeseed or other neutral-flavoured oil<br \/>\n600g skirt or flank steak<br \/>\n8 cloves garlic &#8211; chopped<br \/>\n3 assorted bell peppers &#8211; seeded and chopped<br \/>\n2 onions &#8211; chopped<br \/>\n2 tomatoes &#8211; seeded and chopped<br \/>\n8g kosher salt<br \/>\n6g ground cumin<br \/>\n5g paprika<br \/>\n3g dried oregano<br \/>\n1.5g chili flakes<br \/>\nLime wedges to serve<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat your oven to 325F.<\/p>\n<p>Place a large Dutch oven on high heat. When it&#8217;s hot, add the oil and sear the skirt steak until just browned on all sides.
