If you&#8217;ve got some chili or harissa-infused oil around, a little drizzle on top would put it over the top.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 45 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>60ml grapeseed or other neutral-flavoured oil<br \/>\n20ml lemon juice<br \/>\n4g kosher salt<br \/>\n600g cauliflower florets<br \/>\n400g fresh chorizo<br \/>\n3g flat-leaf parsley &#8211; finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat your oven to 210C.<\/p>\n<p>Combine the oil, lemon juice and salt. Drizzle over the cauliflower and toss to coat.<\/p>\n<p>Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and cook for thirty minutes or until it begins to brown heavily in spots.<\/p>\n<p>While the cauliflower is roasting, place a frying pan on medium-high heat.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the chorizo from its casing. Fry, breaking into chunks and stirring occasionally until browned.<\/p>\n<p>Plate the cauliflower topped with the chorizo and sprinkled with the parsley.
