It&#8217;s my favourite version of compound butter. Give it a try to start, then create your own. I got fussy and put it in a leaf-shaped chocolate mould before refrigerating, although it tastes just as good scooped straight from the bowl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 5 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>110g unsalted butter (one stick) room temperature<br \/>\n1 clove garlic &#8211; grated or finely chopped<br \/>\n5g parsley &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\n3g kosher salt<br \/>\n1g cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Use a fork to combine all ingredients in a small bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Refrigerate as is, roll in a cylinder in wax paper or place in a mould to shape prior to refrigeration.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Cayenne-Butter.pdf\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is one of those things that&#8217;s so simple it shouldn&#8217;t possibly taste this good.
