Salmon would be an excellent substitute. Just be sure to adjust the cooking time according to the thickness. It&#8217;s shown here with <a title=\"Sesame Soy Slaw\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/?p=322\">Sesame Soy Slaw<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 15 minutes plus overnight marinating<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<address>1 cup orange juice<\/address>\n<address>1 teaspoon fresh ginger \u2013 grated<\/address>\n<address>2 teaspoons fresh garlic \u2013 finely chopped<\/address>\n<address>1 tablespoon sesame oil<\/address>\n<address>2 tablespoons fresh cilantro &#8211; chopped<\/address>\n<address>4 marlin steaks \u2013 4 ounces each<\/address>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix all ingredients except marlin in a zipper-seal bag. Add the marlin and seal the bag removing as much air as possible. Refrigerate overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat a heavy frying pan on medium, coat with cooking spray and place the marlin in the pan, discarding the leftover marinade.
