Using yogurt in place of the cream cheese changes the nutritional content for the better and results in a thinner dip that keeps the dip to celery (or chip) ratio just right.<\/p>\n<p>I adapted the simple recipe from a weekly email update I get from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/yourfitnessrn\/\">Mary Ann<\/a>, a friend, certified Fitness Nurse, and one half of my training team at Higher Level Fitness. The protein content is even high enough to keep her husband (and my coach) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/higher_level_fitness\/\">Vernis<\/a> looking like the physique champion he is year-round.<\/p>\n<p>Give it a try for a simple snack or as part of your holiday entertaining array.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 10 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>250g plain Greek yogurt<br \/>\n150g smoked salmon &#8211; cubed<br \/>\n3g fresh baby dill<br \/>\n3g Louisiana style hot sauce<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend to desired consistency.<\/p>\n<p>Chill well to thicken before serving.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Salmon-Dip.pdf\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a play on the classic combination of salmon and cream cheese.
