It&#8217;s perfectly scaleable as long as you use a cooking vessel small enough to keep the chicken nearly submerged. Oh, and now that you&#8217;ve got the basis for adobo, make adobo everything! In fact, there are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/?s=adobo\">two other dishes<\/a> based on these flavours on the site already.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 75 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>200ml soy sauce<br \/>\n200ml suka (cane vinegar)<br \/>\n6 cloves garlic &#8211; finely chopped<br \/>\n1 large onion &#8211; diced<br \/>\n7g cracked black pepper<br \/>\n8 boneless-skinless chicken breasts<br \/>\n8 bay leaves<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat your oven to 190C.<\/p>\n<p>In a large casserole dish, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, onion and black pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Place the chicken in the pan in an even layer with a bay leaf under each breast.<\/p>\n<p>Cook for 60 minutes or just until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74C.<\/p>\n<p>Serve warm with the cooking liquid.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevskitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Adobo-Chicken.pdf\">Get the PDF and nutrition info<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I made this chicken in a big batch to prep a number of meals, so feel free to make a half recipe.
