No, although you could over-order during your next meal\u00a0at the local barbecue joint. You can also make this with pulled pork or chicken. Depending on how flavourful the protein is, you may need to increase the spices and sauces. Have some fun with it and make it your own.<\/p>\n<p>I served it with grated cheddar and green onion, though that&#8217;s up to you and not part of the recipe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 45 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>30ml grape seed or other neutral-flavoured oil<br \/>\n1 large white onion &#8211; chopped<br \/>\n5 cloves garlic &#8211; chopped<br \/>\n15g chili powder<br \/>\n5g cumin<br \/>\n500g BBQ beef brisket &#8211; chopped<br \/>\n796ml can whole tomatoes<br \/>\n2 &#8211; 540ml cans cannellini beans &#8211; rinsed and drained<br \/>\n540ml can black beans &#8211; rinsed and drained<br \/>\n500ml beef stock<br \/>\n15ml Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n10ml Louisiana hot sauce<br \/>\n5g kosher salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a large pot on medium heat and add the oil. When the oil is hot, add the onions and garlic, stirring occasionally for five minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the chili and cumin, stirring often for one minute.<\/p>\n<p>Add the tomatoes, breaking apart with a spoon.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
