Luckily, I was hosting a Bastille Day party for a group of friends and needed to make mustard for the smoked boudin that was being served. It looks like you can make mustard now too! If you like more spice, try darker mustard seeds or a mix of colours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 70 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 10<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>150g white wine vinegar<br \/>\n150g water<br \/>\n50g honey<br \/>\n90g whole yellow mustard seed<br \/>\n5g kosher salt<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stir all ingredients together in a small pot.<\/p>\n<p>Place on medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
