Regardless, this technique made its way around the Internet and the first time I saw how well it worked, I was shocked. Here&#8217;s the basic process with just a banana, though I usually add some peanut butter and a scoop of whey protein isolate for a filling and nutrient-dense snack.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 2 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 large banana \u2013 peeled and frozen<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place banana in a food processor with standard blade.
