Filipino flavours are spectacular and I really believe the Filipino food movement is going to be &#8220;the next big thing.&#8221; Here&#8217;s a quick stir fry that doesn&#8217;t specifically use Filipino ingredients, but the adobo sauce brings that amazing sweet and sour flavour we&#8217;re looking for.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 6\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100g cane vinegar<br \/>\n60g soy sauce<br \/>\n20g fish sauce<br \/>\n40g agave nectar<br \/>\n450g ground pork<br \/>\n1 large onion &#8211; diced<br \/>\n3 cloves garlic &#8211; finely chopped or grated<br \/>\n3 five-spice powder<br \/>\n2g fresh ground black pepper<br \/>\n700g broccoli florets<br \/>\n450g mushrooms &#8211; sliced<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a wok on high heat.<\/p>\n<p>While the wok is heating, stir together the vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, and agave nectar.<\/p>\n<p>When the wok is very hot, stir fry the pork, breaking apart until nearly cooked through.<\/p>\n<p>Add the onion, garlic, five-spice and black pepper, stir frying for two minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add the broccoli, mushrooms and vinegar mixture.
