If you&#8217;re worried about fat content, use extra lean pork or even ground poultry. If you don&#8217;t mind the sugar, add a teaspoon of two of maple syrup for some sweetness and serious breakfast flavour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 15 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>450g lean ground pork<br \/>\n4g kosher salt<br \/>\n1g fresh ground black pepper<br \/>\n1g ground sage<br \/>\n0.5g ground thyme<br \/>\n0.3g ground nutmeg<br \/>\n0.3g ground allspice<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a frying pan on medium heat.<\/p>\n<p>Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine using your hands just until evenly mixed.<\/p>\n<p>Form into four parties.<\/p>\n<p>Fry for four minutes per side.
