Besides, they taste like Christmas!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 50 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>75g kale \u2013 roughly chopped<br \/>\n75g celery \u2013 roughly chopped<br \/>\n75g carrot &#8211; roughly chopped<br \/>\n75g onion \u2013 roughly chopped<br \/>\n10g parsley leaves<br \/>\n10g extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\n450g ground turkey breast<br \/>\n1 large egg<br \/>\n5g kosher salt<br \/>\n0.5g fresh ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 190C (375F).<\/p>\n<p>Pulse kale, celery, carrot, onion and parsley in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.<\/p>\n<p>Place a frying pan on medium heat. Add the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the vegetable mixture. Saut\u00e9 for five minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, use your hands to combine the turkey, egg, salt, pepper and vegetable mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Divide into eight and place into oiled muffin tins.<\/p>\n<p>Bake for 25 minutes.
