The actual work for this dish takes only five minutes. The rest is oven time. Just go make it already!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 60 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 head cabbage \u2013 cut into 2cm thick slices<br \/>\n50g grapeseed or other neutral-flavoured oil<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic \u2013 finely crushed or grated<br \/>\n3g kosher salt<br \/>\nFew grinds fresh grated black pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 200C (400F).<\/p>\n<p>Whisk together the oil and garlic. Baste both sides of cabbage slices.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of cabbage slices.<\/p>\n<p>Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes.
