Just make the dressing. You&#8217;ll find more than a few uses for it that are just right for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 1 hour<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 head garlic<br \/>\n\u00bd white onion \u2013 cut into two wedges<br \/>\n40g lemon juice<br \/>\n4g kosher salt<br \/>\n1g fresh ground black pepper<br \/>\n30g agave syrup or honey150g grapeseed or other neutral-flavoured oil<br \/>\nRun the blender and drizzle in the oil<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 215C (425F).<\/p>\n<p>Slice 3mm off the top of the garlic head to slightly open each clove. Wrap the garlic head in foil and place on a cookie sheet along with the unwrapped onion.
