It&#8217;s pictured here on some peppers that were grilled on high heat with no additional ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Before the chives, sour cream and tarragon are added, you essentially have a mayonnaise with garlic and anchovy. At this point, you could ignore the balance of the recipe, instead drizzling in some Worcestershire and hot sauce to make a great Caesar dressing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 15 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves: 10 as a condiment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 canned anchovy filet<br \/>\n1 egg yolk<br \/>\n1 clove garlic finely chopped or grated<br \/>\n1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n\u00bc teaspoon kosher salt<br \/>\n\u00bd cup extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\n\u00bc cup chives \u2013 chopped<br \/>\n\u00bc cup sour cream<br \/>\n2 tablespoons tarragon leaves &#8211; chopped<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place the anchovy, egg yolk, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a food processor.<\/p>\n<p>Turn on the processor and slowly drizzle in the olive oil to make an emulsion. Turn off the processor.<\/p>\n<p>Add the chives, sour cream and tarragon leaves.
